We Nitrogen Flush all of our coffee when bagging for an inert shelf stable environment by locking freshness inside for up to 6 weeks prior to opening


The Deli blend is our richest coffee offering with full bodied flavours of dark chocolate & hazelnuts with a sweet, round and creamy mouthfeel. It cuts through milk to satisfy the strongest of palettes whilst remaining a sweet and rich espresso with a low level of acidity. It was our mission to create a blend that would satisfy the demand for what 'classic dark roasts' usually provide - lots of strength in the cup - but without that prolonged and darker profile that can leave those nasty bitter, dry and smokey notes. You'll always find incredible speciality grade coffees that will often feature in our Profiler and Seasons Best blends but with a slightly different approach to how we roast - aiming for a higher degree of caramelisation with careful heat and airflow management to prevent any of those unpalatable flavours from appearing in the cup
