Leopoldo Andrade and Ligia Merizalde own Finca La Josefina. The land is located within the Cayambe-Coca Natural Reserve, where there are around 3,500 individual species of animals and plants to be found. The couple grows multiple varieties on their land, including Pacas, Rume Sudan, Tekisic, Pink Bourbon, Pacamara, Caturra, Gesha, and Typica.
This lot is a washed process Sidra varietal from the farms Pacas trees which are planted across Central America and famed for their short and accessible nature as well as excellent cup quality at high altitude.
