Ethiopia holds a special place in every coffee lovers heart not only as the historical birthplace and origin of all coffee but for the incredibly juicy, vibrant & aromatic coffees found in the country.


Grown by small holder producers of the Shifo Village located in the Kochere region at 2,100 meters, this fully washed Wolisho varietal lot is a perfect example of why we love coffees from Ethiopia.

This coffee has some wonderful aromatics of jasmine which complement the complex fruit structure.
