This lot comes to us courtesy of PT TOARCO -  a joint Japanese & Indonesian run mill and export operation who place on emphasis on producing clean and juicy washed coffees. This differs to the traditional wet hulled coffees of Sumatra & Javanthat are usually heavy, earthy & savory in profile. Toarco owns Pedamaran Plantation where the mill is located but also purchase coffee from nearby farmers. Currently, the company offers once a year classes for producers which include education on cherry selection, planting, picking techniques and fermentation. Juicy fruit notes, a lush mouthfeel and a gentle acidity define this cups profile.
