The contributing producers for Taita come from families who have been involved in coffee production for several generations. Farm work is a family business where everyone contributes and plays a significant role in production. In recent years, there has been a generational transition and the introduction of different coffee varieties such as Geisha and Bourbon. These producers have always prioritized environmental friendliness and the protection of water sources, constantly striving for more sustainable practices.


In the Consacá area, there is a strong sense of community where knowledge is shared, and mutual assistance is provided when needed. Their attention to detail and passion for coffee has allowed them to produce high quality coffees with amazing profiles.
