This lot was produced by smallholder farmers occuping the high altitude zones of the Opalaca district in South West Honduras which includes the districts of Lempira, Intibucá & Santa Barbara. Altitudes range from 1800 - 1900 masl to form this regional community coffee called 'Tres Cruces'.


The vast majority of farmers here grow the venerable Catimor IH90 varietal that was developed to be highly resistant to coffee leaf rust.
